Laser cutting process is a cutting system for single side and double sided adhesive tapes for create samples easy and fast. Generally used for quick response to urgent requests. Does not require special mold production. Also for laser cutting system used for cutting some fine-measured and detailed parts, because for the parts which has less than 3 mm width can be hard to cut in different proceses. In laser cutting pieces can be cut the width of 1,5 mm. It is a suitable cutting method for reducing the amount of waste during cutting of shapes containing radiues. Although it differs according to the machine type and model, shaped parts from 300 mm to 2500 mm width can be cut. Laser cutting can also have a working system with two cutting heads. The laser machine, which has a low cutting speed, can produce twice the product in the available time with this process. Laser force is adjusted according to the product during cutting. Since there are differences between the structures of the products, it can affect the cutting quality and structure.All these processes are carried out at the facility in Turkey.
