Spool winding is a process where rolls of single and double sided tape products can be spliced together and wound onto a common cartoon or plastic core. Slitted tapes are generally about 50 m or 100 m lenght. For mass productions to constantly changce the tape will not suitable. It gives more costs and waste time. For theese kind of applications spooling process will be helpful. With spool winding process tapes can be more than 1000 meters and width of tape can be between 5 mm to 20 mm. For mass productions, like extrusion lines operater doesn t need to change tape for each 50 or 100 m. Spool winded tape will save time and convenience. Spool winding can be done as a mono shaft or with the simultaneous operation of multiple shafts. The goal here is to get much more product in the same time. Sometimes 30 or 40 spool winding products can be produced during the production of a single product. spool windings can be made from 200 meters to 5000 meters. However, it varies by product. While some products can be spooled 5000 meters, some cannot.
