The sheeting (sizing) process is the process of making single and double sided tapes into layers. With this process adhesive tapes are laminated with another product to form a layer. After theese sized materials can be cut to shapes with or use with laminated form. This process generally use for transfer tapes. For some applicaitons like membran switch, this converter solution is usefull. For sheeting process materials can be size to any dimension that the project needs. Layer form tapes are easy to use than for roll tapes for laminating applications. Layer form tapes does not contain air bubbles or wrinkle on the surface. It is possible to make
sizing in many dimensions. Layering between 100 mm and 5000 mm can be done. However, sizing too wide may not be appropriate for some products. According to the type of product to be dimensioned, the type of silicone paper used should be selected appropriately. Silicone ratio directly affects the lamination process. Tapes with carriers can be sized by applying higher tension than tapes with non carriers.All these processes are carried out at the facility in Turkey.
