Kiss Cutting and die cutting are one of the most popular methods for converted adhesive tape solution. During the die cutting process, single or double sided tapes can cut with the shape of project needs. After this converter process tapes and backing material (liner) with have the same shape of each other. For kiss cut process only the tape can be cutted. Backing material (liner) won t cut. Between two cutting process the finished products are the same shape but, in kiss cut process easy to seperate the product on the backing material. There are two main cutting system which are generaly use for die cut and kiss cut processes. one of is flatbed cutting method and the other one is rotary cutting method. Rotary cutting system is suitable for high volume production. It s faster and saves time. Diecut and Kisscut are shaped cuts that provide ease of use. It is ready to be applied directly to the surface to be bonded. It can be applied directly by hand without the need for any other equipment. Closed cell acrylic tapes have sealing feature. However, if these products are cut with diecut and kisscut processes, they can work without losing or
reducing their properties.All these processes are carried out at the facility in Turkey.
