Laminating is the process of joining one ore two sided adhesive tapes with the silicone base paper or filmic liner. Also this process can be use to laminate different products with each other. In tapes and adhesive industries generally adhesive tapes or transfer tapes can laminate with foam materials, fabric materials, different kind of plastic materials, etc. In this process the important thing is protect the adhesive side of the tapes to different bad situations like dust, dirt, stain, oil or etc. that harmful to the adhesive surfaces. For laminating process one of the most important thing is there should be no air bubbles or wrinkle on the laminated surface. that will effect to the adhesion performance. The lamination process is done by passing it through rubber and silicone shafts according to the structure of the materials and the type of adhesive to be applied. The pressure to be applied by the shafts to the materials should be adjusted with pneumatic air and it should be applied correctly. Laminated materials then become logs.All these processes are carried out at the facility in Turkey.
